Eddie McArdle found a great buy in the International C1500 which he brought to the Kuchel depot in August 2019. ​

The truck came to us with a very solid starting point except for the cab roof. A new donor cab needed to be sought and a smaller petrol model was sourced from interstate. The truck was stripped down and works began. Once the new roof was installed, the chassis and cab were sandblasted and re-painted, with the cab painted in International Red. 

A new seat was completed and trimmed by Steve Baum of Stateside Trim, with door trims and floor mats supplied from Toowoomba.

​​After Eddie took delivery of his truck, he fitted a tray and also had some pin striping carried out.
